Sabine WEILAND
Biography
Sabine Weiland est maîtresse de conférences en science politique à l’Université Catholique de Lille, rattachée à la European School of Political and Social Sciences (ESPOL). Elle est la Responsable Pédagogique du master Food Politics and Sustainable Development. De 2018 à 2023, elle a été directrice du centre de recherche en politique européenne et internationale ESPOL-Lab.
Titulaire d’un doctorat en Sciences sociales de l’université de Göttingen en Allemagne, Sabine a travaillé sur nombreux projets de recherche nationaux, européens et internationaux dans le domaine de la gouvernance environnementale, l’évaluation des politiques et l’interface science-politique. Avant d’arriver à l’Université Catholique de Lille, Sabine a travaillé au Centre de recherche environnementale de Helmholtz – UFZ, à Leipzig, à l’Université Libre de Berlin (Freie Universität Berlin), l’Université Catholique de Louvain, et a l’IDDRI/Sciences Po Paris.
Sabine travaille actuellement sur son projet d’habilitation à diriger des recherches qui portera sur une « Gouvernance réflexive pour les objectifs de développement durable ». Elle est également porte-parole de la section « Politique environnementale / changement global » de l’Association Allemande de Science Politique (Deutsche Vereinigung für Politische Wissenschaft, DVPW). En outre, elle participe à la Earth System Governance « Taskforce on the Sustainable Development Goals », où elle codirige le groupe de travail « National Policy Integration of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs ».
