Congratulations to the winners of the Susan Strange prize

Susan Strange Prize 2021-2022

ESPOL and its research centre ESPOL-LAB are pleased to award the Susan Strange Prize for the year 2021-2022. The Susan Strange Prize is awarded for the best undergraduate research paper and the best Master’s thesis by ESPOL students.

Following the meeting of the jury of the Susan Strange Undergraduate/Master’s Prize which took place on Tuesday 19 July 2022, it was decided to award the prize to the following students

Best Master thesis :

Dawool SHIN, Master Global and European Politics for the thesis :
Study on the European Union’s Policy toward Denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula.

Best Bachelor’s research file :

Marie FARRUGIA, Licence Relations internationales, for the research file :
George Orwell: a left populist ?

Second and third place

We would also like to congratulate the following research projects which came second and third respectively.
