Pierre HAROCHE

Before joining ESPOL, he worked at Queen Mary University of London, the French Ministry of the Armed Forces’ Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM), and King’s College London. He has published in particular in the Journal of European Public Policy, JCMS: Journal of Common Market Studies, Survival and European Security. His opinion pieces have appeared in newspapers such as Le Monde, El País, European Pravda, Népszava, EUobserver and EURACTIV.
