Visa requirements \u2013 How to get a visa?<\/h4>\n

Students from the European Union, the EEC and Switzerland are exempted from the visa procedure. You can enter and stay in France with your national identity card or your passport.<\/p>\n

If you come from outside the European Union or to know if your country is exempted from the visa procedure, check this website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Housing \u2013 How to find housing in Lille?<\/h4>\n

It is very difficult to find housing upon arrival in Lille, so we strongly recommend making sure that you have housing before your arrival in France. For housing during your studies at Universite Catholique de Lille, 2 options:<\/p>\n

  1. Stay in a university dorm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you wish to book a room in a university dorm, kindly note that all the housing information (list of dorms, description, rent price, housing application procedure, etc.) is available on the website of AEU (Housing Office) : www.aeu.asso.fr\/en<\/a><\/p>\n

    Recommended housing application deadlines:<\/p>\n

    For a student exchange beginning in August\/September (Fall semester), housing applications are open from January 1st. It is recommended to apply by April 30th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

    For a student exchange beginning in January (Spring semester), housing application are open from September 15th. It is recommended to apply by October 30th.<\/p>\n
