Marie Neihouser holds a PhD in political science (university of Montpellier) and is a research fellow at ESPOL. Her main centres of interest focus on digital social sciences, relationships between Internet and politics, political communication and media studies. Following her PhD on the sociology of political blogosphere in France, Marie became postdoctoral researcher at the Université Laval in Québec between 2017 and 2019. She notably conducted a study on online communication by parliament members. Now back in France, she is now teaching and research assistant at ESPOL, contributing to the EU-funded project RECONNECT and one of ESPOL-LAB’s collective research project: the PELiCaN2020 project.
