Marie NEIHOUSER

Marie Neihouser holds a PhD in political science (University of Montpellier) and is an associate research fellow at ESPOL. Her main centres of interest focus on digital social sciences, relationships between Internet and politics, political communication and media studies. Following her PhD on the sociology of political blogosphere in France, Marie became postdoctoral researcher at the Université Laval in Québec between 2017 and 2019. She then became teaching and research assistant at ESPOL, contributing to the EU-funded project RECONNECT, the PELiCaN2020 project and the PELMEL project. After another post-doc position (LERASS, Université Toulouse III Paul Sabatier), she is currently a post-doctoral fellow at the Université Catholique de l’Ouest (ANR-funded projet MUTADATA) and is part of some ESPOL research projects : CCS France, PEOPLE2022 and MULTIDEMAUT.
